Yes, simultaneous searching of several databases is possible and easy to do.

From the library homepage, select the advanced search option under the search box.  You can see that the default setting searches the databases checked at the top: Academic Search Complete and WorldCat.org.  To add other specific databases to your search, scroll down on the right to All Databases.  Use the arrow to expand the selection.  Select the databases you would like to search then at the very top, hit "Save Changes." If the database has a gray lock symbol next to it, your results in a group search may not be complete.  It is best to search these databases individually.  

Please feel free to speak with a librarian about searching multiple databases simultaneously.
